The purpose of the conference is to provide leading experts in Open Science and Innovation with a platform to discuss the implementation of the best practices of Open Science and Innovation in Ukraine. Within the conference, reports of well-known international speakers, discussions, as well as scientists are planned, which will form further ways of collaboration with the aim of creating a roadmap for the implementation of the latest practices and future prospects for development in the field of Open Science in Ukraine.

The sections of the conference correspond to the tasks and measures of the National Plan for Open Science, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2022, No. 892-r:

• development and support of open National research infrastructure;
• reforming of scientific research assessment practices;
• ensuring open access to the results of scientific research;
• open research data and reproducibility of scientific research;
• development, opportunities, and barriers in achieving scientific knowledge, involving citizens to participate in
• scientific and scientific and technical activities for implementation in Ukraine;
• innovations in Ukraine: opening new horizons.
