The Ministry of Education and Science annually forms a competitive list of scientific and technical (experimental) developments within the scope of the state order. This list is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the Law 'On scientific and scientific and technical activity'.
The document envisages approving a list of 32 scientific and technical developments, the total amount of funding of which in 2022 is UAH 35,055.6 thousand.
Scientific and technical (experimental) developments are aimed at obtaining a scientific and technical (applied) result, brought to the stage of practical use, to ensure the development of the economy, society, strengthening of national security based on the use of scientific and scientific and technical achievements, in particular through the development of dual-purpose technologies.
The adoption of the draft act will have a positive impact on the field of scientific and scientific-technical activity as a whole, as it will contribute to the implementation of state policy in this area and will provide an opportunity to finance developments to meet priority state needs from the state budget.
