The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Sports of the Republic of Lithuania and the Scientific Research Council of Lithuania announce a competition for joint Ukrainian-Lithuanian research projects to be implemented in 2024-2025.

Priority areas:

• Energy and energy efficiency;
• Technologies of defense direction;
• Ecology and rational nature management;
• Life sciences, new technologies for the treatment and prevention of the most common diseases, research in the field of biotechnology, bioengineering, and genetics;
• New substances and materials;
• Information and new production technologies (laser, precision, mechatronic, robotic, plasma, optoelectronics, sensor, etc.);
• Priority problems in the field of social sciences and humanities.
  

The competition is open to any scientific research groups of Ukrainian institutions of higher education, scientific institutions, enterprises whose charter states the activity of conducting scientific research, and scientific research groups of Lithuanian institutions.
