Born on August 6, 1977 in the village of Pologi-Yanenky, Pereyaslav-Khmelnytskyi district, Kyiv region. In 1996, he graduated from the Kyiv City Pedagogical College, in 2001 – from the M.P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University with a degree in Mathematics (qualification “Teacher of Mathematics and Economics”).
Since 2006, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of Economic Theory of the M.P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University. In 2012, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Shareholder ownership as a factor of sustainable economic growth in Ukraine” and received the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, and since 2014 – the academic title of Associate Professor. He actively participates in scientific and practical conferences. Co-organizer and active participant of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "A New Paradigm of Economic Education in the Context of an Innovative Model for the Development of Domestic Education". Published over 180 articles and 18 teaching aids. Member of the editorial board of the journal "Geography and Economics in the Native School".

Specialist in the field of property theory, sustainable development, economic education, behavioral economics. Proposed a theoretical and methodological approach to determining the role of shareholder ownership in ensuring sustainable economic growth in the conditions of the transformational economy of Ukraine; proved the existence of a systemic relationship between the level of development of shareholder ownership and the degree of ensuring sustainable economic growth. Investigates problems of the quality of economic education and ways to improve it.
Head of the problem group of students. Students actively participate in scientific and practical conferences and publish abstracts of reports in collections. Over the past 5 years, he has trained 7 students who took prize places at the I stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in Economic Theory. One student was a participant in the II stage of this Olympiad.
He supervised 45 students who took prize places at the III-IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads in Economics, the II-III stage of the All-Ukrainian Competitions-Defenses of Scientific and Research Works of Students - Members of the Academy of Economics; Deputy Chairman of the Jury of the III (City) Stage of the Olympiad in Economics; Chairman of the Jury of the I (District) Competition-Defense of Scientific and Research Projects of the Academy of Economics.
Students of the Financial Lyceum have the opportunity to systematically study economics at an in-depth level and actively engage in scientific work. As a result, every year students of the Lyceum become winners of the Olympiad in Economics and the Competition-Defense of Scientific and Research Works of the Academy of Economics at the district, city and all-Ukrainian levels. In particular, more than 100 city-level prizewinners and a significant number of all-Ukrainian winners were prepared: 3 winners in 2024, 2 in 2023, 3 in 2022, 3 in 2019, 4 in 2018, 6 in 2017, 4 in 2016, 2 in 2015.
Awarded with the Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for significant contribution to the development of education (2019), diplomas of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for training students of the Kyiv State Academy of Sciences - winners of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of scientific and research works of the Academy of Sciences (2007-2022), thanks of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for active work in the jury of the All-Ukrainian Tournament of Young Economists (2008-2016), thanks of the Main Department of Education and Science of the Kyiv City State Administration (2004-2007), the Head of the Podilskyi Regional State Administration of Kyiv (2002, 2007, 2009, 2014-2016), honorary diplomas and thanks of the rector of the M.P.
