Graduated from Kherson State Agrarian University (2002). He is a hydrotechnical engineer by profession. In the period from 2002 to 2003, he worked as a researcher at the department of irrigated agriculture at the Institute of Southern Vegetable and Melon Growing of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Gola Prystan, Kherson region). In 2004-2006, he was a post-graduate student at the Institute of Medical Sciences with a break from production. From January 2007 to June 2011, he headed the micro-irrigation laboratory. Since July 2011, he has been working as the deputy director of the institute for scientific work. The main field of activity is research and scientific substantiation of the parameters of drip irrigation of row crops of field crop rotation, in particular, the study of the water nutrient regime of the soil, the study of patterns of water consumption and the formation of moisture zones.
