Roksolana Guta

Biography

Roksolana Romanivna Huta, born in 1986, is an experienced cardiologist with extensive knowledge, significant practical expertise, and teaching excellence. She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University (LNMU) in 2009 and obtained her cardiologist qualification in 2011. Since 2012, she has been working in the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2, and in 2020, she defended her PhD dissertation on the prevention of complications after myocardial infarction. She is the author of 40 scientific publications, including articles indexed in Scopus, two monographs, and 14 methodological guidelines. With 9 years of teaching experience, she teaches internal medicine to 3rd- to 5th-year students and actively participates in the development of educational programs. She continuously advances her qualifications, completing internships in Poland and WHO training sessions. She is proficient in German at a B2 level and skilled in modern computer technologies. Her scientific interests include the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and the prediction of complications. She is known for her responsibility, diligence, and active participation in university life.

a) Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases

-Study of risk factors (hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus).

-Development of prevention programs for different age groups.

b) Heart Failure

-New methods of diagnosis and treatment.

-Investigation of biomarkers for monitoring disease progression.
