Support and resolution of technical issues arising in the course of operation of the URIS;

Implementation of new modules and system updates;

Participation in the preparation of documentation and reports on the development and operation of the URIS;

Preparation of analytical information on the capabilities of electronic analytical resources and tools necessary for the implementation of state policy in the fields of science, scientific, scientific and technical activities and innovation in these areas, technology transfer;

Providing support and development of the Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI);

Holding and participating in scientific and practical conferences, symposia, seminars, round tables, trainings, webinars, and other scientific events.
