The main scientific directions of the department of digital environmental monitoring systems are the development of theory, methods of recognition, detection of regularities and analysis of physical and chemical measurement data, development of methods of identification of objects by radar signals for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, creation of intelligent information technologies and systems for measuring concentrations of toxic substances in the environment to increase the environmental security of the state, the development and application of cognitive analysis methods for the creation of intelligent information technologies and systems in ecology, agriculture and technical fields.
