In 2006, Pavlo Petrovych Perebijnys graduated from the Vinnytsia National Medical University named after E. Pirogov, majoring in Dentistry.
From August 2008 to August 2012 - doctor-dentist-surgeon of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Dental Polyclinic.
From September 2021 to August 2014, studying at a clinical residency at the Bukovyna State Medical University in the specialty "Dentistry".
Since September 2014, he has been an assistant at the department of surgical stomatology and maxillofacial surgery at BSMU.
In 2022, he obtained the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 22 "Health care"
