Біографія

In 1977 graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Engineering and Economics and received a diploma of an engineer-economist in the specialty "Economics and organization of the metallurgical industry". After graduating from the Institute, entered post-graduate school and in 1983 defended PhD thesis "Study of the influence of the fluctuation of coke quality on the technical and economic performance of large-volume blast furnaces", From 1977 to the present work at the Kharkiv Engineering and Economics Institute (S.Kuznets National University of Economics) as a junior researcher, teacher, associate professor, head of the department, professors. From 1993 to 1996, he studied for a doctorate and in 1997 defended the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economics "Organizational and economic problems of ensuring the competitiveness of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the formation of market relations", From 2011 to the present work at the Research Center for Industrial Problems of Development of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine RCIPD NAS of Ukraine, on positions of deputy director, chief researcher.

Author of more than 900 scientific and methodological publications, participated in the preparation and scientific examination of the Concept of development of the tax system of Ukraine, the Tax Code of Ukraine, member of the Scientific Expert Council of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
