Біографія

My name is Mykola Turash. In June 1990, I graduated from Chernivtsi State University with a diploma as a chemist and a chemistry teacher.

In August 1990, I started my professional career as a Laboratory Technician in the chemical laboratory of "Chernivtsiovodokanal".

From March 1992 to May 2002, I worked at the state Scientific-research Institute of Medical and Environmental Problems. I started as an Engineer and was soon promoted to Researcher. From June 2002 to October 2012, I held the position of Head of the laboratory of physical and chemical analysis and metrological support. From November 2012 to March 2020, I worked at the "Scientific Center of Preventive Toxicology, Food and Chemical Safety named after Academician L. I. Medved of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine": head of the laboratory of physical and chemical analysis - 11.2010 - 02.2017; senior researcher - 02.2017 - 03.2020.

Pedagogical experience

In 1999, I defended my Ph.D. thesis at the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry and became a Candidate for chemical sciences on March 15, 2000. My Candidate's specialty is 02.00.05 - electrochemistry; Topic: Temporal and spatial self-organization in electrochemical systems.

From 1999 to 2017, I worked as a Professor part-time, and then as an Associate Professor at the Department of Ecology and Law (later - the Department of Industrial Ecology) at the Chernivtsi Faculty of Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.

Since 04.09.2017, I have been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Bioorganic, Biological Chemistry, and Clinical Biochemistry at Bukovyna State Medical University.

I was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology by the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine on 30.06.2009.
