1993-1998 - studies at the Kamianets-Podilskyi State Pedagogical University at the Faculty of Physical Education and a physical education teacher at school.

2002 - teacher of the department of physical education of the Bukovyna State Financial and Economic Institute.

2012 - defense of a dissertation for obtaining a candidate of pedagogical sciences.

2012 - Head of the Department of Physical Education of the Bukovyna State Financial and Economic University.

2016 - Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Culture and Basics of Health of the Chernivtsi National University named after Yury Fedkovych.

2020 - Associate Professor of the Department of Disaster Medicine and Military Medicine of Bukovyna State Medical University.
