Bachynskyi Viktor Teodosovych was born on June 15, 1952 in Komarno, Lviv region.
In 1976, graduated from the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute. In 1976-1977, was an intern in pathological anatomy. From 1977 to 1979, he worked as a pathologist at Chernivtsi City Hospital No.1. From 1979 to 1982, he studied at a postgraduate course at the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute. From 1982 to 1986, he was an assistant at the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Chernivtsi State Medical Institute. In 1986, he was appointed to the post of head of the Chernivtsi Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, where still works. 2003-2005 - he worked as the head of the Health Care Department of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration. Without leaving the position of head of the bureau since 1986, he worked part-time until 1989 as an assistant at the Department of Forensic Medicine of the Bukovinian State Medical Institute, from 1989 to 2009 - an associate professor at the Department of Pathomorphology and Forensic Medicine at the Bukovinian State Medical Academy. From 2009 to 2011, he was a professor at the Department of Pathomorphology and Forensic Medicine at Bukovinian State Medical University. Since September 2011, he has been the head of the Department of Forensic Medicine and Medical Law of the Bukovinian State Medical University, PhD - since 1988, MD - since 2009.
