The State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine announces the call for papers for the upcoming issue of the scholarly journal “Open Science and Innovations.” Manuscripts should be submitted via the journal’s official website.

Submission deadlines

Manuscripts are accepted twice a year:

• until April 1
  
• until October 1
  

Journal scope and topics

The journal considers manuscripts presenting research results, analytical reviews, and practical experiences in the field of open science, innovation, and the digital transformation of research activities, including but not limited to the following topics:

• open science and open access;
  
• open research data and FAIR data management principles;
  
• open peer review and open research methodologies;
  
• open educational resources and open-source software;
  
• development of research infrastructures;
  
• institutional repositories for publications and research data;
  
• trends and strategies in academic publishing;
  
• digital research services and tools;
  
• the impact of artificial intelligence on the research process;
  
• library and information technologies;
  
• digital humanities;
  
• development of digital libraries and electronic resource management.
  

Who is invited to submit

Researchers, scholars, and professionals in the following fields are invited to submit their manuscripts:

• social communications;
  
• information technology;
  
• library and information science;
  
• economics;
  
• cultural studies;
  
• and other related disciplines aligned with the journal’s scope.
  

The journal accepts original manuscripts that have not been previously published in Ukrainian or English.

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process.
