This tool will provide not only a list of journals, but also complete information about the publication process in the publication. You will be able to familiarize yourself with the rating indicators of each magazine, with the terms of the process of reviewing and publishing an article, as well as the approximate price of a publication or information under which conditions the authors of publications can be exempted from payment (there is a link for detailed information on the website of the publication).

We will remind that during 2022-2023, since the beginning of the full-scale war, some international publishing houses provided information about the possibility of free publication for Ukrainian authors.

International publishing house Elsevier waives payment for publication processing (waive APCs) of Ukrainian corresponding authors, as soon as the article is accepted into the journal, until the end of 2023 (information at the link).
