The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has launched an interactive dashboard presenting the results of the state attestation of research institutions and higher education institutions. This new digital tool provides open access to the attestation results and enables users to analyse research performance indicators, compare them with median values, and use the insights for the strategic development of their institutions.

It is important to note that the dashboard is based on data submitted by research institutions and higher education institutions through the Ukrainian Research Information System (URIS). The State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine (SSTL of Ukraine), as the administrator of URIS, provided technical support for the collection, verification, and maintenance of these data.

The dashboard includes the results of the state attestation of 337 research institutions and 148 higher education institutions. Users have access to data on 37 indicators used in the attestation process, as well as the median values for each of the six scientific fields that have already undergone evaluation.

The new tool will help university and research institution managers, heads of research units, and researchers to:

• analyse their institutional performance;
• compare their results with the median values for the relevant scientific field;
• identify strengths and areas for improvement;
• prepare more effectively for future state attestation procedures.
