Elsevier continuously improves and updates its services for customers. The updated Customer Service Hub for Southern, Central, and Eastern Europe provides valuable information to support a wide range of research needs. The portal features materials on the importance of author affiliation, user guides for Elsevier solutions, and a calendar of upcoming webinars — from introductory sessions on SciVal to getting started with Scopus.

To support educators and researchers, the Ukrainian-language portal offers a schedule of upcoming training webinars as well as a library of previously recorded videos in Ukrainian.

According to Alison Ferrett, Customer Success Manager at Elsevier Research Intelligence, the portal already includes the schedule of new webinars for the second quarter of 2026, including regional online sessions and training materials delivered by a broader international team. These resources will be useful for educators, researchers, PhD candidates, and students working with research information, research evaluation, and scholarly publishing.

The Ukrainian-language Elsevier portal also provides:
