The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the MES) announces the commencement of the state evaluation of research institutions and higher education institutions in the scientific fields of "Biomedical" and "Humanities and Arts."

The attestation will be carried out in accordance with the Methodology for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Scientific (Scientific and Technical) Activities of Research Institutions and Higher Education Institutions in Conducting Such Activities in Specific Scientific Fields During State Evaluation, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated October 21, 2024, No. 1485, and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 20, 2024, under Nos. 1743/43088 and 1744/43089 (hereinafter referred to as the Methodology). The Methodology is uniform for both research institutions and higher education institutions.

The deadline for submitting documents in the scientific fields of "Biomedical" and "Humanities and Arts" to the "State Attestation" profile module of the National Electronic Research Information System URIS is May 26, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (Kyiv time).

Regarding the scientific field "Security Studies," the date for submission of materials will be determined and announced separately in accordance with the general schedule, as per the MES Order dated November 28, 2024, No. 1675 (as amended).
