The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine continues the competitive selection process for scientific and technical developments under the state order.

The Ministry has extended the deadline for submitting applications to participate in the competitive selection of scientific and technical (experimental) developments funded by the state budget and scheduled to begin in 2026 — until July 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (Kyiv time).

This decision was made to ensure equal opportunities for potential participants in the competitive selection process under the conditions of increased intensity and scale of air attacks by the Russian Federation across the entire territory of Ukraine in June–July 2025, which caused numerous damages to the infrastructure of higher education institutions and research organizations and negatively impacted the organization of their scientific and scientific-technical activities.
