The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites the public to participate in a public consultation on the draft professional standard “Research Data Management Specialist”, developed in accordance with the Procedure for the Development, Implementation and Review of Professional Standards approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 373 of 31 May 2017 (as amended), and in implementation of item 1.5 of the National Plan for Open Science approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 892-r of 8 October 2022.

Comments/suggestions are accepted until 20 January 2026 and should be sent by e-mail to the person responsible for developing the draft professional standard (olha.brazovska@mon.gov.ua) using the prescribed form in DOC, DOCX, or RTF format.

Anonymous comments/suggestions will not be considered.

Please indicate in the subject line of the e-mail:
“Comments on the draft professional standard.”

The results of the public consultation on the draft professional standard will be published in the form of a report on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine no later than two weeks after the decision is adopted based on the outcomes of the consultation.
