KPI Library invites researchers from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and everyone working with scholarly information and research data to join a special online event dedicated to data literacy — developing the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively with data.

Key topics:

principles of working with research data, including finding, analysing, interpreting, and using data in research;

practical applications and real-life examples of working with data;

open discussion and participants’ questions.

Speaker: Dr Michaela Miller — a specialist in research data management and data practices at the Southern Ocean Observing System (SOOS) (Data Officer at SOOS), an international system coordinating observations and data sharing related to the Southern Ocean, based at the University of Tasmania, Australia.

The webinar will be held in English, with an interpreter provided for the discussion and Q&A session.
