The submission of applications for participation in the competition of scientific and technical developments under the state order is ongoing.

We remind you that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has announced an additional competitive selection of scientific and technical (experimental) developments under the state order, the implementation of which will begin in 2026 with funding from the state budget (details available at the link).

These developments are aimed at obtaining applied results (within a short timeframe — up to 12 months), maximally prepared for implementation and further scaling. Their implementation will make it possible to:

• strengthen the country’s defense capabilities;
  
• increase the technological potential of the state and reinforce the resilience of critical infrastructure;
  
• ensure cybersecurity of information systems and networks;
  
• improve and digitalize processes of exchanging scientific and technical information containing restricted-access data;
  
• form lists of priority areas of scientific, scientific-technical, and innovation activities in Ukraine.
  

Enterprises, institutions, and organizations of all forms of ownership that have sufficient human resources, technical equipment, and a material and technical base for carrying out the corresponding scientific and technical development — in line with clearly formulated initial technical requirements for performing scientific and technical work — may participate in the Competition.

The developments must be submitted in the form of an application together with the technical specification, according to the chosen priority topic, in the National Electronic Scientific and Information System.

Applications will be accepted until 24 November 2025, 13:00.
