The U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF Global) Office continues its support programme for Ukrainian scientists by providing grants to attend international scientific events (conferences, seminars, trainings, etc.). The grants are available to Ukrainian researchers, technical specialists, and engineers working in the fields of aerospace research, materials science and advanced materials, artificial intelligence and quantum computing, nuclear physics, other advanced areas of physics and chemistry, as well as related scientific research and development domains.

Successful applicants may receive up to USD 2,500 to cover travel-related expenses. International events taking place throughout 2026 are eligible for consideration.

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit their application via email to: uascience@crdfglobal.org.

The application deadline is 1 October 2026.

Applications must include a clearly defined objective, along with a justification and a description of the applicant’s advantages relevant to their successful advancement in scientific research and/or career development. A mandatory requirement for receiving grant support is the applicant’s participation in the scientific event with an oral presentation or presentation of research results.
