Біографія

I am PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Marketing at Poltava State Agrarian University (Ukraine).

I graduated with honors from Poltava State Agrarian Academy in 2008 with a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing. In 2026, I obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Sumy National Agrarian University.

I completed my PhD studies in Economics and Enterprise Management at Poltava State Agrarian Academy (2009–2012) and defended my PhD dissertation in 2014 at V. V. Dokuchaiev Kharkiv National Agrarian University. From 2022 to 2024, I pursued doctoral studies in Management at Poltava State Agrarian University, focusing on the development of marketing activities of agro-industrial enterprises.

Since July 2025, I have been serving as the Head of the Department of Marketing. My academic career at Poltava State Agrarian University spans more than 18 years and includes teaching, research, academic programme management, and educational leadership.

My research interests include marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, branding, consumer behaviour, strategic marketing, artificial intelligence in marketing, digital business transformation, agricultural marketing, and sustainable development of agro-industrial enterprises.

Since 2024, I have been the Regional Coordinator for the implementation of the FADN/FSDN data collection system in the Poltava region within the EU-funded IPRSA (EU4SmallFarms) project. My work focuses on coordinating data collection, implementing the FSDN methodology, training interviewers, and facilitating cooperation between Ukrainian and European experts.

Alongside my academic activities, I actively participate in international educational and entrepreneurship projects as a trainer, facilitator, and mentor. I have delivered training in marketing, business planning, entrepreneurship development, and data-driven decision-making for entrepreneurs, local communities, and vulnerable groups.

I also participated in the international study visit to CREA – Council for Agricultural Research and Economics (Rome, Italy), where I completed specialized training on the implementation of the FADN/FSDN methodology and EU agricultural data systems.

My mission is to bridge academic research, digital marketing, and business practice while fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and the integration of European standards into higher education and the agro-industrial sector.
