Mr. Kyrylo Malakhov is a research fellow at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine working in the department of computer facilities and systems and the microprocessor technology lab/subdivision. As a research scientist, He specializes in: the study of methods of inference by analogy and inductive inference in order to obtain new knowledge and their use in solving research design problems; computer processing of the natural language texts (Computational linguistics – NLP, NLU, NLI); ontology engineering; practical development of integrated information systems for supporting the full life cycle of scientific research; digital health and hybrid e-rehabilitation. The most recent research related with telemedicine/telehealth and hybrid e-rehabilitation services (Smart-system for remote support of rehabilitation activities and services): wearables (remote patient monitoring with telemetry data processing), software frameworks (iOS HealthKit, iOS CareKit), HL7 FHIR and openEHR standards.
