- director of the Main Computer Center of the Department of Education (1976),

- director of the Institute of System Researches of Iformation of Ukraine (1992),

- manager of the Department of Information Technologies (1994),

- director of the Information and Computing Center (1997),

- director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Facilities of Studies (1999);

- manager of the Department of Information Technologies (holding two jobs, 1997-2008),

- the director of the Institute of Information and Technologies and Learning Tools of NAPS of Ukraine (1999).

Scientific interests and activity:

problems of creation of tools and technologies of the informatively measurings systems, automated control the system by education and educational establishments, informatization of education, design of the systems of education, pedagogical and methodical systems, Computer oriented educational environment,Computer oriented programmatic methodical complexes, introduction of of informatively communication technologies in practice of education, management of educational projects.
