I've convincing work experience in the system of Practical Health Care, in particular, Emergency Medical care, and evidence of work in scientific institutions, in particular, in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine; member of the editorial board of the Ukrainian Journal of Radiology and Oncology, regularly review articles in medical scientific journals.

📚📈📊SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS

In the focus of my particular scientific interest are the preclinical and clinical research in the field of oncology, radiology, pharmacology, cryomedicine, gastroenterology, rheumatology and biochemistry.

Areas of preclinical (experimental) research:

(1) search and study of new approaches to improve the safety profile and increase the effectiveness of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;

(2) study of the mechanisms of antiulcer action of drugs with cytoprotective activity;

(3) screening of chemical compounds suitable for the creation of pharmacological correctors of inflammatory and ischemic processes;

(4) study of ways to increase the bioavailability of pharmacological agents;

(5) study of the effect of nanoparticles on the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs.

Areas of clinical research:

(1) late radiation complications (radiation fibrosis, radiation ulcers, radiation inflammation);

(2)combined radiation damage;

(3) study of ways to correct inflammation as a precursor of pulmonary fibrosis after radiation therapy;

(4) paraneoplastic syndrome in rheumatological and neurological practice.
