Ihor Olehovych Kolomak is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Veterinary Medicine and an Associate Professor at the Department of Normal and Pathological Anatomy and Physiology of Animals at Poltava State Agrarian University. He graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Poltava State Agrarian Academy and subsequently completed his doctoral studies. In 2021, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation entitled “Pathomorphological Characteristics of the Organs and Tissues of Pigeons with Salmonellosis and Escherichiosis.” His research interests include pathological anatomy, histology, morphology, and the diagnosis of infectious animal diseases.
He is actively involved in scientific, educational, and international activities, and is the author of numerous scientific publications, patents, and educational and methodological materials. He also participates in international educational and research projects and actively contributes to the development of young scientists by representing their interests at both the university and national levels.
