PhD (Technical, 1982), associate professor of the Department “Devices of flying apparatus” (since 1984), associate professor of the chair “Devices of aircrafts” (since 1989), Doctor of science (Technical, 2001), full professor of the Department of Management (since 2002), Head of the Department of Management (since 2002), Dean of the Economics and Management Faculty of the National Aerospace University “KhAI” (since 2003). Head of the Department of Project Management of the Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkov (since 2013).

Chairman of the specialized scientific Council D 64.089.04 on defense of theses on specialties 05.13.06 - information technology and 05.13.22 - projects and programs management (since 2014). Chairman of the Jury of Ukrainian Student Olympiad in “Project Management” (since 2016). Participate in the editorial boards of scientific journals and proceedings: the founder and chief editor the editorial board of the scientific economic journal “Economics and Management Engineering industry: problems of theory and practice” (2009-2013); a member of the editorial board of the journal “The development of complex systems management”, “Journal of the National Technical University “KPI”. Series: Strategic management, portfolio management, programs and projects”, “Utilities city” (since 2013). Organizer of Annual International Science-practical Conference “Advanced information technologies in economics and management of enterprises, programs and projects” (since 2003) and “Mathematic modeling of processes in economy and programs and projects management” (since 2013). Supervising at National Aerospace University “KhAI” international project TEMPUS UM_JEP-25147-2004 (since 2005 р.) “University-Industry Centers: Model for Cooperation”. Supervisor of 11 PhD students (defended). Academician of Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine on specialty of Management (since 2013). Author of more than 330 scientific works, among them 3 author’s patent certificates of USSR, 25 patents of Ukraine, 16 certificates about State registration of author’s rights for work, 7 monographs, 39 handbooks and textbooks.
