Pursuant to Clause 4 of the Methodology for the Formation of Rankings in the National Researcher System of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine informs researchers about the need to upload specific supporting documents to complete the verification of information submitted by academic and research staff concerning the results of their research and scientific and technical activities.

To successfully complete the verification stage and compile the ranking lists in the National Researcher System of Ukraine, coordinators of international projects are required to provide specific supporting documents.

In particular, this applies to the following programmes and indicators:

  • NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Programme (Indicators 30, 32): the first page of the Project Application and a confirmation letter from the NATO support group. In the event of a successful application, a letter from the NATO programme office is also required.
  • Horizon Europe Framework Programme (Indicators 30, 32): the first page of the Application Form, the pages containing the Role of Researcher section, the final page with the electronic receipt (eReceipt), as well as confirmation that funding has been awarded (a link to CORDIS or the relevant Grant Agreement pages).
  • Erasmus+ Programme (Indicator 33): the first page of the Application Form, the pages of Section 2.1.3 containing the team list, the final page of the application with the electronic receipt (eReceipt), and confirmation that funding has been awarded (the relevant Grant Agreement pages or a link to the portal).

Document Requirements and Deadline

All documents related to each project must be compiled into a single PDF file and attached to the relevant project record in the URIS system.

On August 20, detailed information was sent to the email addresses specified in researchers’ accounts and was also made available directly in their researcher accounts.

The materials must be submitted by August 30, 2026. If the required documents are not uploaded by the deadline, the respective indicators cannot be taken into account when calculating the researcher’s ranking.
