The purpose of this order is to provide additional funding for scientific work and scientific-technical (experimental) developments of young scientists working or studying in higher education institutions and research institutions.

The additional funding became possible due to savings from the budget program "Implementation of Ukraine's commitments in the field of international scientific-technical and educational cooperation, participation in the European Union Framework Program for Research and Innovation." The released funds will be directed towards increasing the volume of development expenditures under the budget program "Scientific and scientific-technical activities of higher education institutions and research institutions."

With this funding, young scientists will be able to complete scientific research and scientific-technical (experimental) developments initiated in 2022 and 2023.

This decision will contribute to the activation of scientific research, improvement of the quality of scientific results, bringing the results closer to international standards, enhancing their competitiveness in the market of scientific services, and supporting the retention of scientific potential in Ukraine.
