The changes aimed at improving the registration and accounting of scientific research, research and development work, and dissertations have come into force
The order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which introduces changes to the procedure for state registration and accounting of scientific research, research and development work, and dissertations, has come into effect.
The document organizes and improves the mechanism for the registration and accounting of these works and dissertations using an electronic system with remote access. It also specifies the procedures for the preparation and submission of registration and accounting documents.
In particular, it streamlines the procedure for filling out registration and accounting documents and their submission to the State Institution 'UkrRINTEI' for state registration and accounting of scientific research, research and development work, including those containing information with restricted access.
Furthermore, it provides detailed instructions for making changes to accounting and registration documents and simplifies the procedure for completing the account card for scientific research, research and development work."
