The Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) has announced its scholarship program for 2027, aimed at educating representatives of partner countries and supporting their socio-economic development.
The program is open to civil servants, local government officials, representatives of public authorities, higher education institutions, state-owned enterprises, and other organizations whose activities are relevant to the themes of the training programs.
Within the KOICA scholarship program, 15 educational programs are offered: 11 master’s programs and 4 doctoral (PhD) programs. They cover the following fields:
A mandatory requirement for participation is fluency in English.

Interested candidates must submit the completed application form and other required documents to the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service no later than 8 July 2026 via email: pao@center.gov.ua.
The documents will then be forwarded to the KOICA Office in Ukraine and the Korean side.
