The development of interactive dashboards based on the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine continues.

Since August, the interactive “Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine” dashboard has been officially available, including information on Category B publications. The dashboard is a practical tool that brings together structured data on 1,302 scientific journals, 562 founders, and more than 19,000 editorial board members.

Users can filter publications by cluster, specialty, availability of diamond open access, and free publication opportunities for PhD students.

The next stage of the initiative is the development of an up-to-date database and interactive dashboard for Category A scientific professional publications of Ukraine included in the List.

As part of this work, the metadata of publications will be updated, including journal titles and founders, editorial board information, international identifiers such as ISSN and DOI, and other relevant information. The initiative is aimed at ensuring transparent and convenient access to information about Ukrainian scientific journals.

Call for Category A Publication Founders

Founders of Ukrainian Category A scientific professional publications included in the List are invited to submit an electronic application through the National Electronic Scientific Information System (URIS) by 30 October 2026.

The application should be prepared in accordance with Annex 2 to the Procedure for the Formation of the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, approved by Order No. 32 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15 January 2018, as amended by Order No. 56 dated 19 January 2026.

Please note that the accompanying letter submitted with the application must specify the date and number of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine order by which the publication was included in the List of Category A Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine.

We invite the founders of Category A scientific publications to participate in the initiative and help make information about their journals more visible, accessible, and convenient for the Ukrainian research community.
