The Ukraine Reconstruction Fund and the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine are organizing a competition for scientific project concepts titled "Revival and Innovative Development of Ukraine."

The aim of the competition is to promote the developments of Ukrainian students, graduate students, and young scientists among the business and scientific community in the United States. It also seeks to identify and encourage potential investors for project implementation, stimulate innovative activities, and promote solutions aimed at the recovery and sustainable development of Ukraine.

Participants are invited to submit project concepts focusing on the recovery and development of the economy, agro-industrial sectors, green energy, and environmental improvement, especially in regions of Ukraine affected by war.

The competition is open to students studying in full-time or part-time programs at higher education institutions and research institutions in Ukraine, as well as to graduate students and young scientists.

In addition to scholarships, the Fund will provide legal and organizational support to winners and finalists for obtaining grant support from the U.S. government and registering patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Registration of participants and submission of project concepts will be accepted from October 16, 2023, to March 16, 2024.
