The National Antarctic Science Center is looking for winterers who will go on an expedition to the Antarctic and during 2024-2025 will work at the southernmost outpost of Ukraine — the Akademik Vernadskyi station.

The detachment of winterers of the 29th UAE consists of approximately 7 scientists and 5 members of the Station's life support team—engineering and technical personnel, a doctor, and a cook.

The participants of the expedition are expected to undergo severe tests in the Antarctic, hard work to ensure the operation of the Station and professional performance of assigned duties.
